Imagine a person or circumstance or even YOURSELF that needs some extra attention, extra love. You desire a shift. Maybe you don’t even know what shift— just what is there between you is painful. Or charged or unresolved.
Picture that person or circumstance.
Repeat these 4 sentences above.
Do this often.
Something so simple can be ever so powerful.
You may ‘all of sudden’ hear from the person you were imagining. Or the difficult circumstance you envisioned, completely dissolves.
Miracles happen every day with this beautiful prayer, called Hoʻoponopono. It’s an ancient Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness used for healing, transformation, inner-peace and self-love.
This is one of my top ways I reset myself back to Joy almost everyday. It’s how I resolve conflict within myself and others (without them even knowing)!
