Frequently, within the comfort of our familiar environment, achieving clarity can be a challenge. However, when the usual routines and constants in our lives are temporarily set aside, it becomes possible to view life from a broader perspective and engage more deeply in our personal healing journey. Furthermore, being away from our homes grants us respite from the constant worries of daily responsibilities, affording us a broader capacity to concentrate on self-care. According to Feng Shui, a mirror in your bedroom could be the culprit if you aren’t sleeping well. Mirrors are thought to bounce energy around the bedroom, which may result in restlessness and amplify worries. Also, insomnia and nightmares. Aside from that, the personal energy of the person sleeping in front of the mirror will be depleted. It’s important not to hang a mirror on the wall opposite your bed.
