balanced life, general, harmony
Living in harmony means living in a state of balance and flow, where your actions and choices align with your inner truth and values and where you experience a sense of peace, fulfillment, and joy in your daily life. While this may seem like an idealistic concept, it is actually a practical and achievable goal that can have numerous benefits for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

While struggling to contain the energy moving through me, I didn’t want to feel the emotions pressing me. I wouldn’t say I liked where I was in my life. I wanted to move from this uncomfortable spot onto something more pleasant and happier. For a while, I kept these annoying feelings at bay. It was easy to give in to cravings from outside sources that numbed me, so I didn’t have to deal with the pink elephant in the room. I contacted friends, watched non-stop Netflix, and even had an extra red wine.
