Create Space in Your Life

Create Space in Your Life

I’ve mentioned before for a while now I’ve been praying that I follow the highest divine design of my life. You may have been with me online or in our monthly group, Elevate, when we’ve done this together. There is no question that things shift when we sincerely ask for this. People and circumstances most often leave your life, sometimes even abruptly. Things may not always look or feel great when you are going through this shift of letting go. Although you’re surprised when it does happen, in the long run, you look back and can generally see the WHY. I continually remind myself, though, that nothing is ever wasted!

What is a House Clearing and Why is it Important?

What is a House Clearing and Why is it Important?

Our homes reflect who we are as they hold the energy of our thoughts, emotions, and experiences. They are meant to be a sanctuary where we recharge, unwind, and feel safe. Unfortunately, all too often, I see homes wreaking havoc on lives. Here are some signs that your house might need house clearing or blessing:

•buying, selling, or building a new home or business
•divorce OR remarriage
•declining health
•feeling like someone is watching you OR just an uncomfortable feeling

Sleeping peacefully when traveling

According to Feng Shui, a mirror in your bedroom could be the culprit if you aren’t sleeping well. Mirrors are thought to bounce energy around the bedroom, which may result in restlessness and amplify worries. Also, insomnia and nightmares. Aside from that, the personal energy of the person sleeping in front of the mirror will be depleted. It’s important not to hang a mirror on the wall opposite your bed.

Does your pillow talk to you?

Does your pillow talk to you?

Everything is energy. Everything is made of energy and HOLDS energy. You feel the energy when you walk into a room and know exactly WHERE to go. WHO to talk to. You have spidey-senses that you use even if you don’t know you are using them. So, when people sleep in a bed for a long time or use a pillow, sit in a chair or a couch, or use a dresser (yes, you 👉antique hunters out there I’m talking to YOU)— the item SOAKS UP THEIR ENERGY.

Dive Into Your Greatest Wound

Dive Into Your Greatest Wound

Ever wonder why you struggle with something over and over? You thought ‘it’ was gone. That addiction. The illness. The craving. The desire for more.

I hear you. Sometimes it can make you looney tunes when you pray, and ‘it’ goes away for a bit but then returns with a vengeance. You begin to doubt and question all that is. Instead of fighting, I’d like to invite you to DIVE in. DIVE into whatever ‘it’ is for you. What does it want to teach you? How can you LOVE this part of you that you may not LIKE?
