Mirrors are thought to bounce energy around the bedroom, which may result in restlessness and amplify worries. Also, insomnia and nightmares. Aside from that, the personal energy of the person sleeping in front of the mirror will be depleted. It’s important not to hang a mirror on the wall opposite your bed.
